Returns & Refunds

Unused and undamaged products in their original plastic sleeves can be fully refunded within 30 days of purchase. Just two steps!
1) Send an email to with your order #, stating which items you intend to return, so we can expect your package.
2) Pop the products back in their original packaging with the original packing slip, and send it back to our mailing address:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (usually ~ $3 in the U.S., potentially more for apparel) Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return package is lost in the mail, we unfortunately cannot refund the items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

Again, you MUST send an email to stating an intent to return the package, so we can expect your return package. The return address is subject to change at any time, so if we do not expect your package and our address changes, we may not receive your package.


We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with a photo of the damaged item at, and we'll send a new package right away!

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, wait a few days and double check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Finally, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
