UK & EU Order Info
Because of VAT laws, I will be taking UK & EU orders via Etsy.
In short, I've made an Etsy storefront at www.etsy.com/shop/cuddlypotatoes , where I will be able to take payments and have Etsy calculate/collect VAT for us. I'll be making custom listings for each order, so placing an order begins with an email or etsy direct message!
Here's how it will work:
Step 1) Shop!
Visit my shop at www.cuddlypotatoes.com to shop and search for what you want. Add things to your cart to keep track!
Step 2) Prepare your order by typing out the list of items you want OR screenshotting your shopping cart.
Step 3) Send your order to me at jessica@cuddlypotatoes.com or private-message me on Etsy at www.etsy.com/shop/cuddlypotatoes . If you use email, please be sure to include your name & email that you will eventually use to check out on Etsy with, so I can make sure it goes to the right person.
Step 4) Wait 1-2 business days while I process your order. When I receive your order, I will manually create an Etsy listing for the lump sum of your order, and then reply to your email / message with that custom listing link. I'll also list your items in my message so you can double check the order.
Step 5) Purchase your custom Etsy listing! VAT and Shipping costs will be calculated by Etsy. No Etsy account required, as they do allow guest checkouts.
If you contact me by email, I will label each listing with a number to maintain privacy, and double check that the purchase was made by the aforementioned name & email before fulfillment.
Please remember that international shipping can be very slow and delayed, especially during these times. Rest assured, you will get a tracking number to follow.
